Help! Walang lumabas na 1,500 sa 5th pair ko?!

You don't lose your commissions at all.

Based sa topic last time, "Flush-out", meron mga safety nets ang AIM. At isa narin dito ang "5th pair" bonus na hindi rin nalalaman minsan ng ibang members.


The mechanics behind it is that for every 5th pair that you'll have, instead of the 1,500 that we usually get as commission, it will be one of AIM's products na me ganung halos na halaga.

Gusto po ipaalam ng AIM management na wala pong ginaganap na mga raflle draws at hindi ito gagawin kahit kelan ng management dahil sa mga ganitong bagay.

What makes a business successful?

Basic Principle: Overall expenses must never ever exceed the income.

Many don't realize it, but this is what AIM global has been practicing. Ginagawa nila to sa pamamagitan ng "safety nets' sa process ng kitaan. Isa actually ito sa mga requirements ng Securities and Exchange Commission para sa mga MLM companies.

So ano nga ba ang "Safety Net" ng AIM?

Pero ano nga ba ang "Flush-Out?"

Ang flush-out ay pamamaraan kung saan binabalanse ang pagkita ng labis sa isang binary system. 

It prevents the company from paying out too much and having go bankrupt. Ito ang ngyari kasi sa mga naluging companies, sobra ang bayad, konti ang kita.

Remember, and isang AIM member ay pwedeng kumita lamang ng 7 beses kada araw (7x1,500=10,500) - 7 pairs[left and right]. 

At pag umabot ka na sa 7 pairs, lahat ng remaining pairs(o mga single pay-ins) sa baba mo ay magiging Zero.

Isa ito sa dahilan kung bakit nirerekomenda ng top leaders na mag multiple accounts para multiplied ang kita bawat araw.

"Para maiwasan din ang Flush-Out, mahalagang makipag coordinate sa mga downlines at uplines para macontrolang entry ng bawat pay-ins. Pero talagang darating din naman ang panahon at hindi talaga ito maiiwasan na lalo na kapag malaki na ang inyong network."

Aside from his numerous malls, supermalls and supermarkets in the Philippines, he also owns 6 SM Malls in Mainland China, and 1 SM Mall in Guam. Now he never lets a single Mercury Drug do business in any of his SM malls. Instead he franchised Watson's from Hong Kong which became the substitute for Mercury Drug.
